Can’t wait to see you there!

Planning to plan

This week I’m taking 4 days to plan the upcoming details of the church plant.  Specifically, I’ll be thinking through the teaching that we will go through together as a team in May-July, a variety of practical details which need attention, and the sermon series which we will be embarking on in August.  Please pray that God will give me wisdom and faith during this time.

Thanks for your prayers.  You all are such a joy to me!  Looking forward to being together on the 14th.

We’re in this together…

I’ve been keeping KingsWay up to speed with what’s going on with the plant.  Check it out here.

Why dinner?

1.  To build community.

2.  Food makes me happy.

3.  Sharing a meal creates connections.

4.  Talking is easier when your mouth is full.

5.  To care for each other.

6.  Because “together” is a big part of church.

Our next monthly dinner will be on February 7th.  Anyone interested in the church plant is welcome.  Contact

us at church@sovgrace.cc for more details.

What’s going on?

I just posted an update on the church plant on KingsWay’s blog.  Take a look here!

Is Sovereign Grace a denomination?

Ever wonder how sovereign grace ministries works?  What’s it mean to be in a “family of churches” instead of a denomination?  Well, a recent road trip with Gene Emerson gave me a great look at how the churches in Sovereign Grace care for each other.  I talked about it briefly at KingsWay’s blog.  Check it out here.
